The management of A2Gold Corp., is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of business conduct and ethics, as well as full compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, corporate reporting and disclosure requirements, accounting practices and controls, and auditing practices. To ensure compliance with the aforementioned standards, A2Gold Corp. has adopted, among other things, a Code of Ethics, a Corporate Governance Manual, and an Audit Committee Charter.
