The management of Allegiant Gold Ltd., is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of business conduct and ethics, as well as full compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, corporate reporting and disclosure requirements, accounting practices and controls, and auditing practices. To ensure compliance with the aforementioned standards, ALLEGIANT has adopted, among other things, a Code of Ethics, a Corporate Governance Manual, and an Audit Committee Charter.
